In 1954, in the heart of Viareggio's harbour, a small tavern for fishermen was founded by Miro Ghilarducci.
Today, Ristorante da Miro is run by his daughter Amalia, his nephews Daniele and Manuela, and his son-in-law Vincenzo, all of whom share Miro's passion for fresh fish. Our fish is bought primarily from local fishermen and cooked following the traditions of Viareggio with some added innovations.
This is a family history, built on tradition and a love of fish.
